Final update of zpl_cartoons, without replacing it with zpl_cartoons_b4.
Feel free to use it on your server, remember it's not for a normal zombie mod.

- Aesthetics, both in textures and in structures in general
- Optimization
- Minor changes to all bunkers (mostly lengthening them a bit)
- Smoothed gameplay
- Eliminated bug of being able to leave the map
