Visualizando las pruebas aportadas por el capitán, se llego a la conclusión de que las pruebas no son suficientes para dar un veredicto preciso. Se le pedirá al capitán que tenga mas cuidado a la hora de sancionar y por mi parte recibirá un llamado de atención (leve).
