Buenas a todos los de la Comunidad y para esta ocasión les vengo a presentar un Nuevo Rango que se creo en la Comunidad con la funcionalidad de seguir con la estabilidad y poder brindar una mayor atención a los Usuarios de la Comunidad, ya pueda ser en algun problema o duda que tengan, así mismo pueda ser con algun tema con las Ventas & Foro.

Dentro de todo esto se estara brindando el Soporte para la Comunidad Hispana y Comunidad Angloparlante, así poder mejorar la atención con los Usuarios y puedan estar satisfechos ante cualquier ayuda de una demora que pueda ocurrir ante ello, como la Comunidad va creciendo se va requerir un poco mas de apoyo para el Personal actual, así entender que todos tenemos Horarios el cual no solemos disponer ante una situación que se le pueda brindar la atención requerida de aquel momento y así poder mantener una buena armonia.

Se van a estar realizando mediante un formulario en Nuestro Sistema de Tickets que tenemos en Discord y mediante eso se estara evaluando mediante una entrevista si realmente se encuentra capacitado y así te puedas unir al equipo de Soporte de Español & English en la Comunidad, cualquiera puede tomar la iniciatiba para unirse y no desperdicies esta oportunidad si es que deseas, ya que todo esto se ira mediante fechas.

 

ENGLISH

Good to all of the Community and for this occasion I come to present a new range that was created in the Community with the functionality to continue with the stability and to provide greater attention to the users of the Community, and may be in any problem or question they have, as well may be with any issue with the Sales & Forum.

Within all this will be providing support for the Hispanic Community and English-speaking Community, so we can improve the attention to users and can be satisfied with any help of a delay that may occur before it, as the community will grow will require a little more support for the current staff, and understand that we all have schedules which we do not usually have available to a situation that can provide the required attention at that time and thus be able to maintain a good harmony.

They are going to be done through a form in Our Ticket System that we have in Discord and through that will be evaluated by an interview if you are really qualified and so you can join the Spanish & English Support team in the Community, anyone can take the initiative to join and do not waste this opportunity if you want, since all this will go by dates.

Drunk-Gaming está buscando personal de soporte de habla inglesa experimentado y bien informado para hacer crecer nuestro equipo. Nuestro equipo de soporte actúa con un alto nivel de calidad para garantizar que los clientes estén satisfechos con sus respuestas. Debe ser profesional, estar dispuesto a aprender y estar dispuesto a trabajar en un entorno acelerado mientras trabaja en un equipo muy unido.

 

LO QUE ESTARAS HACIENDO
Trabajará día a día con nuestros clientes: este es un entorno acelerado con Tickets Abiertos en cualquier momento.
Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con nuestros supervisores de soporte y gerente de soporte y el oficial de cumplimiento / recursos humanos para mejorar las tasas de satisfacción del cliente
Trabajará para asegurarse de que todos los clientes reciban respuestas a cualquier pregunta que puedan tener.
Trabajará en un entorno acelerado y mejorará la satisfacción del cliente.
Es posible que se le pida que recopile estadísticas basadas en su índice de satisfacción de atención al cliente.

 

REQUISITOS
Debe estar dispuesto a firmar un acuerdo de confidencialidad para progresar en los roles.
Debe estar dispuesto a aprender o ya tener experiencia en el Foro y Discord, así mismo en los Servidores.
Debe estar dispuesto a trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
Debe tener conocimiento de los productos que ofrecemos.

DESCRIPTION
Drunk-Gaming is looking for experienced and knowledgeable English speaking support staff to grow our team. Our support team performs at a high level of quality to ensure customers are satisfied with their responses. You must be professional, willing to learn and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment while working in a close-knit team.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will be working day to day with our clients: this is a fast-paced environment with Open Tickets at any time.
You will work closely with our support supervisors and support manager and the compliance/human resources officer to improve customer satisfaction rates
You will work to ensure that all customers receive answers to any questions they may have.
You will work in a fast-paced environment and improve customer satisfaction.
You may be required to compile statistics based on your customer service satisfaction rate.

 

REQUIREMENTS
Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement to progress through the roles.
Must be willing to learn or already have experience on the Forum and Discord, as well as the Servers.
Must be willing to work in a fast paced environment.
Must have knowledge of the products we offer.
